 “You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains.” (Matthew 24:6-8; Mark 13:7-8). 
Then he said to them: "Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be great earthquakes, famines and pestilences in various places, and fearful events and great signs from heaven." (Luke 21:10-11).
Signs of the "End Times" are all 
around us.
The record of major earthquakes in the 90's
- December 12, 1992 - Indonesia - A quake measuring 6.8 killed at least       2,200 people throughout an eastern section of islands. 
- September 30, 1993 - India - A string of quakes killed almost 10,000 people in western and southern India. The largest quake measured 6.4. 
- June 6, 1994 - Columbia - A quake and resultant mudslides killed about 1,000 people in the Paez River valley in southwestern Colombia. 
- January 17, 1995 - Japan - A quake measuring 7.2 killed 6,430 people in Kobe. 
- May 28, 1995 - Russia - An earthquake measuring 7.5, Russia's largest on record, killed 1,989 people in the eastern portion of the country. 
- February 28, 1997 - Iran - A quake measuring 5.5 killed about 1,000 people in northern Iran. 
- May 10, 1997 - Iran - A quake measuring 7.1 killed 1,560 people in eastern Iran near the Afghan border. 
- February 4, 1998 - Afghanistan - A quake measuring 6.1 killed at least 4,500 people in the Takhar province. 
- May 30, 1998 - Afghanistan - A quake measuring 6.9 killed about 4,000 people in the Takhar province. 
- July 17, 1998 - Papua New Guinea - An under-sea quake measuring 7.1 created three tidal waves, which killed approximately 2,100 people. 
- January 25, 1999 - Columbia - A quake measuring 6.3 killed about 1,170 people in the central region. 
- August 17, 1999 - Turkey - At least 17,800 people were killed by a 7.4 quake.
- September 21, 1999 - Taiwan - A quake measuring 7.6 killed at least 2,000 people in central Taiwan.
Major Earthquakes in the 21st century:
- January 26, 2001 - India - An monster earthquake measuring 7.7 struck the western state of Gujarat and neighboring Pakistan, killing at least 19,700 people. 
- March 26, 2002 - Afghanistan - At least 1,800 people were killed when a series of earthquakes struck northern Afghanistan and destroyed the district capital of Nahrin. 
- June 22, 2002 - Iran - A quake measuring a 6 killed at least 500 people in northwestern Iran. 
- February 24, 2003 - China - A magnitude 6.3+ earthquake killed at least 266 people in western China. 
- May 1, 2003 - Turkey - A 6.4 quake killed 167 people in southwestern Turkey. 
- December 26, 2003 - Iran - A massive earthquake killed more than 30,000 people in Bam, Iran. 
- December 26, 2004 – Off the coast of Northern Sumatra – A 9.0 underwater earthquake devastated the Indian Ocean region with tsunamis that killed over 283,000 people. 
- October 8, 2005 – Kashmir – A 7.6-7.8 earthquake killed about 86,000 and injured 40,000 more. 
- May 26, 2006 – Java, Indonesia – A 6.3 earthquake killed 6,234 people and seriously injured another 20,000. More than 340,000 were left homeless.
- August 15, 2007 – Peru - An 8 magnitude earthquake killed 513 people and injured 1,090 more.
- May 12, 2008 – Wenchuan District, Southwest China – A devastating 7.8 magnitude earthquake killed more than 90,000 people.
- September 30, 2009 -- Sumatra Island, Indonesia -- A total of 3,000 people died and 450,000 were left homeless after a 7.6 magnitude quake and severe aftershocks.
- November 7, 2009 -- Port Vila Coasts, Vanuatu – A 7.9 magnitude earthquake killed 452 people and injured 786 more.
- January 12, 2010 -- Haiti – A 7.3 magnitude earthquake killed approximately 300,000 people and left more than one million homeless.
- March 11, 2011 – Japan – A 9 magnitude underwater earthquake and tsunami off the northeastern coast, which left more than 10,000 dead, 17,000 missing, and hundreds of thousands homeless. 
We Know It Is Coming

Signs of the End of the Age

As he sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be, and what will be the sign of your coming and of the end of the age?”  And Jesus answered them,“ See that no one leads you astray. For many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and they will lead many astray. And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not alarmed, for this must take place, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are but the beginning of the birth pains.
As a child of God, be sure that:
- you are not led astray by false teachers (verse 5)
- -  see that you are not alarmed (verse 6)
-     all these are but the beginning of birth pains. The original Greek word “odin” or “odino” literally describes the pain an expectant mother undergoes just before she delivers her child – pains that increase in intensity and frequency before the baby is delivered.
-     but the end is not yet …
“Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations for my name's sake.                    10 And then many will fall away and betray one another and hate one  another.                                
11 And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray.  
12 And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold.                                    
13 But the one who endures to the end will be saved.  
14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be proclaimed throughout the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

Are you struggling with a big decision or wondering how your eternal future will play out?
Why not talk to the God of the universe and let Him work in your behalf?
He says, “I will instruct you and teach you the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you" (Psalm 32:8).
Ask God to show you what to do. Pray the following prayer:
“Heavenly Father,
I admit that I am a sinner and my sins have separated me from You. I now want to turn away from my past sinful life and begin a new life with You.
Please forgive me. I now receive your Son, Jesus Christ as my Savior, my Master and my Lord. I believe and confess that Jesus Christ died for my sins, was buried, and rose from the dead.
I want to receive all that Jesus Christ has provided for me as my Savior. Your Word says, ‘Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved’ (Romans 10:13).
I believe and confess that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and no man comes unto the Father, but by Him.
Lord Jesus, I pray and ask You, to come into my heart and be Lord of my life. I thank You that you have given me eternal life, and according to Your Word, I am born again.

Apocalyptic Drone Footage Shows 

Giant Cracks in the Earth on 

Japan's Southern Island

The drone footage that you are about to see is absolutely jaw-dropping. When I first watched it, I could hardly believe the extent of the devastation that has taken place on Japan's southern island. 

Near the end of last week, a magnitude-6.5 earthquake was quickly followed by a magnitude-7.3 earthquake just 28 hours later. Those earthquakes made headlines all over the globe, but at first glance, those numbers don't really look that big.
So why was there such tremendous damage? Well, it turns out that those two major quakes worked in conjunction with more than 600 smaller quakes to cause historic devastation all across Kyushu. 

As you are about to see, giant fissures have opened up in the ground right along a fault line that runs directly across Japan's southern island, and this has a lot of people extremely alarmed.
Once a major disaster falls out of the news, the rest of the world tends to forget about it, but for those on Kyushu, this crisis is far from over. Authorities are still scrambling to rescue those that have been stranded by the recent earthquakes, and at this point it is a race against time.

Survivors of a series of Japanese quakes are struggling with food and water shortages with rescuers digging through mud and rubble for the missing.

Two major earthquakes and about 600 smaller tremors have rocked the south-western island of Kyushu since late Thursday, leaving a total of 46 people dead and more than 1,000 injured, 208 of them seriously.

Many who abandoned their damaged or destroyed homes have had to sleep in temporary accommodation, huddle in makeshift shelters or sleep in their cars, and local media have reported problems in delivering food and other essentials.

In a previous article I posted a few days ago, I shared a map from the USGS that showed all of the significant earthquakes on Kyushu over the previous week. 
I went to the USGS website once again and pulled up all of the significant earthquakes on Kyushu over the past week. So the following map contains the most updated information for the past seven days, and once again we see essentially the exact same formation.
All of these earthquakes have been happening along a major fault line, and there is speculation that Japan's southern island of Kyushu may be starting to break apart along that fault line.
Of course, this kind of thing has happened a lot in the history of our planet, but nobody is quite sure what that might mean for Kyushu.
Are we witnessing the beginning of a process that could take decades to complete, or could it be possible that things might unfold much, much faster than that?
The reason why I shared all of this with you first is so that you can put the following footage in proper context. This apocalyptic drone footage that you are about to see from Kyushu was all filmed along this fault line. In all of my days, I have never seen anything quite like this.
Some of the shots in the video look like they come straight out of a Hollywood disaster movie. The truth is that the damage that has been done is a whole lot more serious than the numbers "6.5" and "7.3" suggest. 

The geography of Japan's southern island is being fundamentally altered, and this is going to have dramatic consequences for millions of ordinary Japanese citizens.
And of course, what is happening in Japan is just part of the great shaking that we have seen all over the planet in recent weeks. This was the primary topic for the latest episode of our new television show that you can view for free right here.
Unfortunately, the shaking has not stopped. Recently we have seen major earthquakes around the world with magnitudes of 5.4, 6.1, 5.1, 5.8, 5.3 and 5.8.
Most of the big earthquakes that we have witnessed in recent weeks have been along the Ring of Fire, which roughly encircles the Pacific Ocean. 

Approximately 90 percent of all global earthquakes and approximately 75 percent of all global volcanic eruptions each year occur along the Ring of Fire, and many scientists are becoming extremely alarmed that it is becoming much more seismically active once again.
Of course, the west coast of the United States sits directly along the Ring of Fire, and experts tell us that the San Andreas Fault and the Cascadia Subduction Zone are both way overdue for a major earthquake.
In addition, Mt. Rainier and a whole host of other once active volcanoes are located along the west coast as well. Even a single major eruption would cause tremendous chaos, death and devastation, and fragile financial markets would likely crash very hard all over the world.
So what has been happening in Japan and Ecuador and other places along the Ring of Fire has tremendous implications for those of us living in the United States.

PRAYERS - We all need God to intervene! Power-Packed Prayers God Always Answers! - You are hurting, aren’t you? Jesus assures us that we can cast our cares upon Him. Why don’t we experience His presence and peace?

Power-Packed Prayers God Always Answers!

You are hurting, aren’t you? 
You are stressed. I know I am. How do you know you are worried and stressed?
42% of Americans experience these stress symptoms: anger, irritability, depression, headaches, upset stomachs, poor eating habits or insomnia.
We all need God to intervene! 
Jesus assures us that we can cast our cares upon Him. Why don’t we experience His presence and peace? 
19th century pastor Charles Jefferson wrote, “Be kind to everyone you meet, because everyone is fighting a battle.” Satan often taunts us with fear of uncertain futures or guilt and grief from our pasts. 
Where is God? I need Him to show up. And so do you! 
Worshipful prayers don’t hit the ceiling, unnoticed by God. Worshipful prayers grab God’s attention and change our hearts. Gazing at our miserable problems and glancing at Him won’t get the job done. 
We must gaze steadily at our Father and simply glance at the difficulties that challenge us. 
Let’s examine four keys to power-packed praying: 
1. Spiritual songs
2. Hymns
3. Psalms
4. Blessings
Ephesians 5:19-20 reads, 
“…Be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord.” NIV 
Paul teaches three ways to sing to the Lord: 
with psalms (Scripture), 
hymns (words about God’s character and work) and
spiritual songs (spontaneous song inspired by the Holy Spirit). 
Psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs are deep prayers of worship sung in the presence of the Holy. Blessing bows the heart in surrender. 
1. Spiritual songs are spontaneous expressions of worship inspired by the filling of the Holy Spirit. 
    I began playing the piano at three. The Holy Spirit gave me my first spiritual song. I still remember playing my toy piano, chirping, “Little   angel, little angel, little angel mine.” Jesus revealed to me that I had a shiny guardian angel hovering over me, making me feel loved and safe. 
    Countless worship services, concerts and compositions later, singing and playing in the Spirit has become my lifeblood. The passionate joy of the Lord explodes through my fingers, my voice or baton. His anointing power electrifies and consumes me. I don’t really care who hears or whether I falter. I just want Him near. 
2. Hymns tell us who God is and what He does for His          children. 
My infant daughter Jessica died in my arms one bleak Saturday night after suffering nine months of agony, gasping for breath. I needed to grieve her loss. God gave me a hymn in that dark hour. I sang those precious lyrics that Sunday morning: 
   “When peace, like a river, attends my way,
    When sorrow like sea billows roll,
    Whatever my lot, Thou hast taught me to say,
   ‘It is well, it is well with my soul.’”   
    Horatio Spafford, a devastated father, composed those words as he mourned the tragic drowning of his four precious daughters. He comforted millions by his “song in the night.” (Job 35:10)
    Hymns remind us that our Christian brothers and sisters have lived lives of great faith. They encourage us. 
3. Psalms are Scripture songs of praise. 
The five books of Psalms, written by ancient Jewish poets like David, Moses, Asaph and Solomon are cries for help, laments over Israel, or questions about God’s plan. The theme in all of them is worship.
Even when the psalmist was crying out his questions or frustrations to the Lord, he usually ended with a call to praise God in spite of his circumstances. 
Sing God’s very own words back to Him. God super-charges Scripture songs. Teach them to your kids. Pray them before you sleep. 
My pastor-husband Roger and I had a remarkable experience worshipping God through the psalms. We met with one of our sound techs in the church sanctuary and casually planned to record Roger reading selected psalms. Roger asked me to accompany him on the piano as he spoke.
The more psalms Roger read and the more I “played in the spirit,” the more God’s glory came down. His presence was so palpable, we recorded every word and note without a single retake. A hushed silence filled the air. I will never forget the afternoon we spent with the Shepherd as long as I live. Our CD, “A Shepherd’s Journey” is played in hospitals, nursing homes, battlefields, and mission fields. Psalms quiet and heal wounded hearts. 
4. Finally, blessing God is a critical key in worshipful praying. 
    Blessing the Lord is not easy. David cried in Psalm 34:1, 
“I will bless the Lord at all times. His praise shall continually be in my mouth.” KJV 
    David, fleeing from Saul, feigned insanity before King Abimilech to save his own life. In David’s most humiliating, terrified moment, he vowed to bless the Lord constantly. 
    Job lost everything, and in the midst of his grief, he cried to God in Job 1:21-23:
“Naked I came from my mother’s womb, naked I’ll return to the womb of the earth. God gives, God takes. God’s name be ever blessed.”  MSG
    Blessing God requires humility, discipline and complete surrender. 
My Mom and Dad knew how to bless God in every circumstance and He rewarded them richly. My parents grew up in poverty.
Mom was the only child of an East Texas dirt farmer. Her philandering Dad married and divorced her heartbroken Mom three times.
My Dad’s parents eked out a meager living. My granddad was a wounded vet, limping and gasping for air his whole life. When Dad was a child, he had to work to support his family. 
I grew up in a cracker box house while my parents started a tiny construction business. Mom and Dad loved Jesus.
Faithful churchgoers, they tithed every penny they made and gave to God’s work until it hurt. I always heard them bless the Lord in every circumstance. They never complained. 
After sixty-seven years of marriage and a lifetime of thankfulness, my parents have given millions of dollars to Christ’s work. Dad, now 87 years young, declares, “Everything in my life, EVERYTHING, belongs to God. Now, who needs my money today?”
Bless the Lord. Sing to Him. Ignore the sound you make. Just make a joyful noise. Close your eyes. Picture Christ in the manger, at the cross and on the Throne. Pray worshipful prayers that reach God’s heart and transform yours.

God has made it possible for you to know Him and experience an amazing change in your own life through a relationship with His Son, Jesus Christ, and have eternal life.
Say the following prayer: 

“Father God, I confess I am a sinner and my sins have separated me from You.

I am truly sorry. I now want to turn away from my past sinful life and live a new life pleasing to You.

Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again.

I believe that Your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer.

I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Thank You that according to Your Word, I am now born again.

Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. I promise to study Your Word – the Bible.

Use me for Your glory.
